Payments Academy

Payments Business Analyst Studio

Do the BA work. Pick a realistic payments scenario, then turn it into the artefacts a business analyst actually produces: business requirements, a functional specification, user stories, Gherkin acceptance criteria, a process flow, a field mapping, API validation scenarios and negative test cases. When you are ready, run the feedback. It reads your actual submission and tells you, per criterion, what is missing and how to fix it. Your work is kept in this browser tab only. There is no sign-in and no payment to use any of it.

Simplified for teaching. These scenarios use synthetic names, amounts, dates and cut-off times as examples. Real projects agree their own cut-offs, thresholds and time windows with the business, and real mappings depend on the bank's canonical model and its implementation guidelines. Nothing here connects to a real banking system, nothing moves real money, and no scheme rule is stated as fact. Check current scheme rules before relying on any of this in live work.

1. Pick a scenario

Five scenarios, each with its own business goal. Work through one at a time. Your score for each scenario is shown on its button after you run the feedback.

2. Produce the artefacts

Fill each tab. Add rows where you need more. Open the reference solution only after you have tried the artefact yourself: it shows one good answer, not the only answer, and it never overwrites your work.

3. Get feedback on your submission

The feedback engine analyses the text you actually wrote, per artefact and overall. It scores six criteria: completeness, clarity, testability, business alignment, exception handling and integration dependencies. Scoring rubric, 100 points per scenario: completeness 25, clarity 15, testability 20, business alignment 15, exception handling 15, integration dependencies 10. Your best score is saved in this browser only.
